MOTION PLATFORM PS-6TL-350
The PS-6TL-350 device is a type of Stewart platform with gross moving load up to 350 kg. It is a type of six-degree-of-freedom parallel manipulator that allows execution of three translational movements and three rotational movements about the vertical, longitudinal and lateral axis.
APPLICATIONS
The PS-6TL-350 6DOF motion solution is perfectly suitable for applications like aircraft, military vehicle or racing car and boats simulators with visualization on screen or VR. Further, the VR Headway technology making virtual reality experience enhanced by motion platform’s movements more real than ever. PS-6TL-350 is successfully implemented in the projects:

POWER CABINET
PS-SB230-Q3
Power cabinets PS-SB230-Q3 are integrated continuous power supply solutions for all our motion platforms. New generation of electrical cabinet is equipped with proprietary design electronics and software. The switch box is responsible for power distribution and acts as safety and control device.
It contains AC and DC fuses and handles remote safety switches also provides power to inverters and motion controller. Design of cabinets allows users to achieve security measures CL class up to SIL(Safety Integrity Level) 3 if required. Additional remote control unit is provided for operator convenience and safety. It allows to start the motion platform, park and stop it immediately in case of emergency situation.

ELECTROMAGNETIC SAFETY BRAKES
One set of electromagnetic safety brakes is a protection feature incorporated into our motion platforms. The product is necessary part of motion platforms power supplying set and enables maintaining appropriate SIL (Safety Integrity Level).

SOFTWARE BASICS
To every Motion Platform purchase The Platform Manager software is added without a charge. This applies to all Motion Platforms available. This application allows to: use motion platforms with supported games, perform diagnostic, monitor motion platforms operation, update firmware, compensate head movements thanks to VR HeadWay included and use SDK - ForceSeatMI to connect it to your custom applications. Moreover all our motion platforms work with VR technology and software is constatnly updated.
