On request, the platform can be prepared in segments sized to fit through a standard doorway, then bolted together on site over a weekend.

An integrator places it in a third-floor apartment or existing lab with no building work or lifting gear.

A full-frame 6DOF rig arrives as one welded structure, often demanding a freight lift or landlord consent.

1000 mm/s Surge, Fastest in the Line

Surge runs at 1000 mm/s and 1.0G, the highest longitudinal velocity in the Qubic System range.

A driver drilling braking points feels the cue at vehicle speed, so timing transfers cleanly to the track.

Without that onset speed, a slower hexapod softens the acceleration edge, and the brake-point drill loses its precision.

Quiet Enough for an Apartment

An in-house quiet drive keeps the platform inside a 54-59 dB(A) envelope, close to ordinary speech.

A home operator runs sessions without acoustic treatment, while a venue packs stations side by side, lifting count per floor.

A louder hexapod needs a treated room, sacrificing floor that could have earned another revenue station.

  • QS-S25 Motion Module
    A modular steel-and-aluminum frame on six QS-L1 linear actuators - all six axes, ready to take a cockpit.
  • QS-L1 Actuators
    Six electric linear actuators - PMSM and ball-screw - driving all six axes with vibrations to 100 Hz.
  • QS-SB2 Power Cabinets
    Three cabinets on the base frame, one per pair of actuators, linked over M-BUS into one platform. Each powers and controls its pair, and the six-actuator hexapod runs from 120/230 V single-phase outlets.
  • QS-MC6 Controller
    M10 plus Qubic protocol - one USB connection brings the module online.
  • Motion-Lock
    A hardware stop switch - press it and motion cuts at once. With no brakes to hold the load, the platform settles to its lowest boarding position.

The QS-BT1 Seat Belt Tensioner pulls on the racing harness in sync with the motion - braking, cornering and traction loss on track, climbs and G-loading in flight, all become physical. Fully compatible with the QS-S25.

How It Works.

QS-S25 · Motion Cockpit

The QS-S25 is a 6DOF Stewart hexapod. Six QS-L1 electric linear actuators sit between the base feet and the cockpit frame on cardan joints, and the coordinated push and pull of all six forms every axis - heave, surge, sway, pitch, roll and yaw. The surge and sway read as braking and cornering load, with no hydraulics to maintain.

ForceSeatPM reads telemetry from the running title and hands it to the M10 controller, which turns each frame into per-actuator extension and drives three QS-SB2 power cabinets end-to-end in under 8 ms, so the longitudinal cue lands in step with the picture. The platform runs on ordinary 120/230V single-phase mains and calibrates its actuator positions on start-up.

A hardware Motion-Lock circuit stops all motion on command. With no holding brakes, the locked platform settles to its lowest position for safe boarding.
