Truck Simulator TS-10
Truck Simulator on a Motion Systems 6DOF Platform

Professional Driver Training
TS-10 is an advanced driving-simulation system for training professional truck and bus drivers, combining a Motion Systems 6DOF motion platform, an original truck cabin, and a complete driving-simulation and visualization software stack. Officially certified by PIMOT, the Polish Automotive Industry Institute, TS-10 is a turnkey solution for driving schools and educational establishments.

Decision-Making Skills
Practice critical decisions and reinforce positive choices in a realistic, risk-free environment where mistakes carry no real-world cost.
Situational Awareness
Reinforce traffic reading and spatial reasoning across diverse roads, weather, and traffic conditions.
Field-Proven Deployment
Implemented in the training program at Cargo Group in Poland, running daily commercial lessons.
Progressive and Immersive
TS-10 covers the complete learning path for truck and bus drivers - from first lessons behind the wheel to advanced training in fast-changing road and weather conditions, all in one immersive environment.

Physics, traffic & environment
Three layers of simulation tech engineered to feel like the real road - vehicle physics, AI-driven traffic, and changing terrain and weather conditions.
Advanced Vehicle Physics
High-performance physics powered by the PhysX engine, with a complex tire-traction model and high-fidelity vehicle mechanics verified by driving instructors.
Intelligent Traffic System
Up to 200 AI-controlled vehicles and pedestrians in sight - animals, bikes, motorbikes, cars, vans, buses and trucks, each with their own road behavior. Right- and left-side driving supported.
Diverse Environment
Plains, forests, hills, tunnels, rivers, bridges, villages and cities. Variable weather conditions and different times of day, with road signs by country.
Mercedes cab on a 6DOF motion platform
The driver is trained inside an original Mercedes truck cabin, mounted on the Motion Systems PS-6TM-1500 6DOF motion platform. The cabin is built from durable, industry-grade components selected for years of reliable use. All components are connected to the network and work the same as in a real truck.
- •Full and original cabin components integrated with the simulator systems
- •Original dashboard with ignition, levers, indicators and switches positioned as in a real truck
- •Digital instrument display reproducing the truck's original gauges
- •Tachograph simulation
- •Communication system linking the driver and instructor
- •Custom pneumatic system for driver seat, steering wheel adjustment and brake pedal
- •Custom air conditioning system fully integrated with original ventilation control
- •Simulated gearbox with custom resistance system

Six-screen instructor station
TS-10 ships with an instructor station equipped with six displays, letting the instructor control the simulated vehicle and monitor the driver in real time. A live parameter view gives the instructor everything needed to validate driver performance.
A full set of driving controls at the instructor station lets the instructor add unpredictable road situations that go beyond a standard lesson. Every session is recorded, and a report containing driving-related statistics is generated at the end.
Five traffic monitors + control panel + pedals
Everything the instructor needs to direct a session and grade driver behavior - a wall of traffic monitors from the driver point of view, a dedicated control-panel monitor, and a full set of physical driving inputs.
- •5 monitors showing the current traffic situation from the driver point of view - windshield, left window, right window, a map with the actual position of the driver, and other relevant data on the surrounding traffic environment
- •Monitor showing the instructor control panel to maintain the scenario, plus diagnostic information and the camera broadcast
- •Steering wheel, throttle and brake pedals
- •Dashboard with basic driver function buttons
- •Emergency power off to shut down the system and motion platform

Networking, PCs and power in a single enclosure
Every signal the simulator depends on lives inside one rack - networking, recording, instructor PCs, switchboards and dual UPS power. Installed once, in one place.
- •1 Gigabit Ethernet switch
- •Network Video Recorder
- •2× PC for instructor station
- •Main switchboard
- •Motion-platform switchboard
- •2× UPS
TS-10 Driving Simulator Benefits
Six outcomes driving schools and training centers gain from a fully integrated TS-10 deployment.
Efficiency
TS-10 supports practical real-world training across vehicle types, terrains and road categories, with fast-changing weather conditions reproduced on demand rather than waited for.
Safety
In a TS-10 session drivers practice without risk to people, vehicles or property. Because errors stay inside the simulator, learners build confidence before driving in live traffic.
Cost-Effective
Lower operational costs through fuel-management training, and reduce vehicle maintenance and damage. It also reduces the need to rent special facilities such as a skid pad.
Accelerated Learning
Many road scenarios and vehicle options run back-to-back in a single session. Drivers practice in hours what can take far longer to encounter on real roads, and reach competence faster with less waiting between exercises.
Realistic
The simulation reproduces demanding driving situations accurately - vehicle rollovers, stopping distances on wet, dry or icy roads, severe steering maneuvers, and other real-life scenarios.
Measurable
A complete report and objective feedback on each session measure the training results, and the instructor's full control during practice helps drivers improve and drive more safely.
