    To speed up the troubleshooting process, please create a Snapshot ZIP in ForceSeatPM/QubicManager and attach it to this ticket. Follow these steps to create the Snapshot:

    1. Turn on all related devices and ensure that they are fully operational.
    2. Open the Action Center in ForceSeatPM/QubicManager.
    3. Click the Snapshot icon in the title bar, which is located to the left of the “?” button.
    4. A new window will open.
    5. Scroll down, confirm your choices, and click “Create & Show”.
    6. A ZIP file will be created. Please attach this file to your ticket.

    NOTE: The maximum file size for the attachment is 16MB.
